Maybe those words are still in my head, trying to convince myself that it wasn’t true. I believed you’d only see me, but I was wrong.

We often only want to hear things that please us. Here, I want to share a bit about relationships that might resonate with all of us. I hope it brings something valuable for you.

Most people want to be happy and feel loved by someone they love. I also believe many wish for a lifelong partner. Have you ever thought about going back to the past, not just to remember your ex, but to give it another chance, to try and fix things with all your effort one more time? But in the end, it just hurts and breaks you all over again.

You’re not alone; we’ve all been through it, though with different stories. Some may even be dealing with betrayal, and I don’t want to bring back those memories or feelings. I know some of you might still feel the pain when remembering because those memories are flashing in your mind right now. So, take a moment, focus on this story, and let’s move forward.

Now, you see, by doing that, you can actually control your mind and focus it on your present. It’s a sign that you can control your mind, and yes, it takes time to practice. In simpler terms, if you practice it every day to train your focus and control your mind, it will eventually help you control your reaction to things that happen. It becomes automatic, bringing your mind back to the present.

This is something I’ve learned, like how I eventually overcame grief and freed myself from anxiety. Of course, it took some time for it to work automatically, and I believe it will for you too.

For me, it all started when I began studying a lot about personal development in the last couple of years. It’s been about three years, and I still study it regularly.

Self-discovery is crucial because the more we understand ourselves, the more we can understand others since we’re essentially similar. But right now, I want to talk about “self-control.”

It’s not always an easy topic, but I believe we can all learn how to control ourselves, especially during tough times when everything seems to be falling apart.

It’s time to release all the past events for yourself.

Letting go isn’t always as easy as it sounds, but it doesn’t mean it’s impossible. I believe the first step is to accept it, acknowledge that it happened, it hurt us, and it broke us.

You don’t have to fight those feelings or rush the healing process. It takes time, and we just need to go through the process, even if it feels tough or awful for a few days or weeks.

Understand that these feelings won’t make you weak; instead, they make you stronger. Think of it like doing sports or going to the gym — the pain doesn’t make us weaker; after healing, our muscles become stronger.

An act of forgiveness.

I truly believe there’s always a lesson to learn from letting go, and forgiveness is a crucial part of it.

I understand that some of you may still struggle to forgive someone for what they’ve done, and that’s okay. But holding onto that grudge for too long isn’t healthy for you.

Ask yourself honestly, does it bring you peace and happiness to hold onto it?

If your answer is no, then it’s time to consider forgiving them.

You don’t have to forgive them for their sake, but for your own peace. Understanding that forgiveness is about deserving peace and happiness makes it easier. Remember, people make mistakes, and maybe they haven’t learned their lesson yet.

Hoping that one day they do. It’s crucial in this process to practice forgiving both others and ourselves. Why forgive ourselves? Because we control our minds and allow others to affect our thoughts and emotions. That’s why their actions and words hurt us. Does it make sense now? I’m glad it does.

Embrace love again

Embrace love again after healing. I believe that through this process, you’ll rediscover the joy of love. The most crucial step is to fall in love with your life first. You might see how exciting your life is and notice the light in it. At this point, I genuinely wish the best for all of you.

Maybe now you can rebuild forgotten goals or discover new ones. But, always remember the lessons from the past to prevent similar things from happening again. When you change what’s inside and learn the lesson, I’m confident you’ll create different and positive outcomes as you start fresh, like a phoenix rising from the ashes!
